1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the TheHope.Clinic platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, affiliates, and other users of TheHope.Clinic.
2. About TheHope.Clinic
TheHope.Clinic is operated by TheHope.Clinic ("we", "us", "our"), a platform based in the United Kingdom. We provide a directory and affiliate programme connecting healthcare professionals and wellness brands with individuals seeking health and wellness products. We do not sell products directly, process payments, or hold stock. All transactions are between the individual and the affiliate.
3. Affiliate accounts
To list products or services on TheHope.Clinic, you must register as an affiliate and be approved by our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use at thehopeclinic@hum4nity.com.
4. Affiliate obligations
As an affiliate on TheHope.Clinic, you agree to: provide accurate and up-to-date information about your organisation and products; comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and regulations relating to healthcare advertising; not list products that are unsafe, unlicensed, or misleading; maintain appropriate professional qualifications and registrations; and comply with MHRA guidelines where applicable.
5. Content standards
All content submitted to TheHope.Clinic must be accurate, not misleading, and compliant with applicable UK advertising standards, including ASA/CAP guidelines. You must not make unsubstantiated health claims. TheHope.Clinic reserves the right to remove or edit any content that does not meet our standards or that may breach UK consumer protection or healthcare advertising law.
6. Data protection and UK GDPR
TheHope.Clinic is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as data controller for personal data collected through the Platform. We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. 8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit to TheHope.Clinic. By submitting content, you grant TheHope.Clinic a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform. TheHope.Clinic's own branding, design, and code remain our intellectual property and are protected under UK and international copyright law.

The information on TheHope.Clinic is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, TheHope.Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through affiliate links. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Our total liability for other claims shall not exceed £100.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, provision of false information, or conduct that we consider harmful to users or the reputation of TheHope.Clinic. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country in which you are resident.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered affiliates of material changes by email with reasonable notice where required by law.
